I'm Amira—an American creative, food lover, and entrepreneur with Italian and Egyptian roots. I left the fast-paced life in the US to build something slower, more intentional, and deeply connected here in Puglia.

What started as following a feeling quickly became something more—a love and respect for the people, traditions, and flavors of this region.

Drawn to the magic of local food culture, I began exploring Puglia and building relationships with the artisans, families, and chefs who make this place so special. Make your way to Bari and arrive by Oct 11 (afternoon), where I will meet you at our selected accommodation and kick off the tour with a welcome spritz!

We'll explore Bari, Altamura, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, and a surprise destination.
Each stop is handpicked based on the places I personally love and return to again and again—a mix of vibrant towns, countryside charm, and coastal beauty.
